How do I hire a dress?

Its easy!

Simply choose a dress you love!

Book it in for the date you require it for.

We send via express post.

Wear it for your occasion.

And return it back the following day with the return satchel that is already addressed back to us!

How long can I hire a dress for?

As long as you want! Each hire period is 3 days, so if you need it longer than the hire period you’ll be charged accordingly.

Can I book dresses in advance?

You can book your dress up to 12 months in advance.

How much is postage?

When purchasing a dress at full RRP the postage is a flat rate of $15.00 express post.

When hiring a dress, the postage is a flat rate of $30.00 express post return.

Who cleans the dress?

We do! There is a dry cleaning fee charged when you checkout, $25.00 for cocktail dresses and $40.00 for evening gowns.

What if the dress I purchased/hired doesn’t fit?

When purchasing a dress at full price, we are offer a 7 day cooling off period, where if the dress is not the right fit you can send it back within 7 days requesting another size.

When hiring a dress and it doesn’t fit, we strongly advise to measure yourself before hiring as we can only send it just before your selected date. Once the dress has been sent the dress hire is non refundable.

What if I change my mind about hiring the dress?

You can receive a 50% refund of the dress hire price, providing it is requested 7 days before the hire period. After this there is no refund given.

What if the dress gets damaged?

We allow $50 for any minor damages that are result of a dress hire period, anything over this will be charged to your credit or debit card.

What if I can’t return the dress on time?

If you are unable to return the dress on time you must get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can waiver any late fee charges and arrange another return date. If we are not notified of a late dress return, your card will be charged $30.00 each day until it is returned. A dress is deemed stolen when the dress is not returned 15 days after the expected return date and the full RRP of the dress is charged to the hirer’s card.
